1. How do I register to become a vendor?

Register online for part one and submit the required documents via email for part two. You are not registered until you receive an email from the City's Procurement Department issuing you a vendor number.

2. What are the City's quoting thresholds?

Tiered Threshold Guide	Number of Quotes
$1.00 - $5,000.00	Minimum of 1 verbal or written quotation
$5,000.01 - $9,999.99	Seek a minimum of 2 verbal or written quotations
$10,000.00 - $64,999.99*	Seek a minimum of 3 written quotations
*$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 seek a minimum of three (3) written quotes must be obtained and brought before the City Council for approval
$65,000.00	Requires formal solicitation unless purchase meets exemptions from competitive bidding in accordance with City Code section Sec. 2-411.1
Contracts for professional services (Not CCNA contracts). Such contracts where the expenditure by the City is estimated to be greater than $25,000 per year shall be subject to approval by the City Council.
