Over the course of the Academy, cadets will be challenged physically and intellectually in the field of Law Enforcement. Special emphasis will be placed in team building, leadership, and responsibility. The Academy's Basic Training Program is an intensive and demanding experience; however, we request maximum effort. Participating cadets will experience the feeling of camaraderie, pride and self-confidence upon completion. Cadets will feel an overall sense of self-accomplishment and pride upon graduation.
