In an effort to better serve Homestead customers, the HPS Walk-in Customer Service Center, located at 711 NE 1st Road, will close its doors starting January 1st, 2016. Closing this facility will allow the Customer Service Department to focus on providing all the same services through its improved call center and new web tools.
Customers can already conveniently open and close accounts, view and pay bills, restore service, and ask billing questions without leaving their homes. All customer transactions can be handled over the phone or online.
Payments can still be made at the Customer Service Center Dropbox or at participating Amscot and Western Union payment centers. Customer service representatives are available in-person by appointment.
