Councilwoman Jenifer N. Bailey was reelected in November 2021 to a four-year term in Council Seat #4, which includes the Southwest area.

Councilwoman Bailey sits on the board for Together for the Children, which is an organization that seeks to reduce violence and its impact on youth.  She is also the Recruitment Chair for Boy Scouts of America.
