Mail: You can mail your payment by Check or Money Order* to P.O. Box 31576 Tampa, Florida 33631.
Automatic Bank Drafting: Your utility payment can be automatically deducted from your bank account. Simply complete our Bank Draft form and provide a voided check or call (305) 224-4800 for more information.
Drop Boxes: Drop boxes are conveniently located in front of the Customer Services building located at 711 NE 1st Road and next to the drive-thru. Payments by Check or Money Order* can be dropped off 24 hours a day.

Walk-Up Window: Open Monday thru Friday,
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
