NEW OPTION! Western Union - Starting May 15, 2008 Beginning May 15 - Payments can be made by Cash or Check at the following Western Union® Agent locations, within Homestead. Web Payment: Payments can be made by Check, Credit or Debit Card on our website: Utility Online Bill-Pay InPhone -Automated Phone Payment: To pay using a Check, Credit or Debit Card, please call (305) 224-4800 and select 1. Mail: You can mail your payment by Check or Money Order* to P.O. Box 31576 Tampa, Florida 33631. Automatic Bank Drafting: Your utility payment can be automatically deducted from your bank account. Simply complete our Bank Draft form and provide a voided check or call (305) 224-4800 for more information. Drop Boxes: Drop boxes are conveniently located in front of the Customer Services building located at 711 NE 1st Road and next to the drive-thru. Payments by Check or Money Order* can be dropped off 24 hours a day. (Do not drop cash.) Drive-Thru: Open Monday thru Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Walk-Up Window: Open Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Located inside the Customer Service Office.) *Reminder: Please write your Utility Account Number on all checks and money orders. |
