Miami-Dade County Announces New Shelters, Some at Capacity

Miami-Dade County has announced three additional shelters open. Four shelters are at capacity and cannot accommodate any more evacuees. There is a MANDATORY EVACUATION for all of Zones A, B, and parts of C. Search your address online at www.cityofhomestead.com/evacuation to see if you are in the evacuation zone. Miami-Dade Transit buses will provide service to shelters starting 7AM-10PM. Find your nearest pickup point at www.cityofhomestead.com/bus.
